Our Services

You deserve to get the care that's best for you. If you're looking for something I might not offer, I’m happy to provide you with any resources or referrals I may have.

Sessions are self-pay/private pay* and payment is run automatically after sessions. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy, and I've learned this helps best keep us accountable to one another and avoids any uncomfortable no-show fees. Payments can be made via our secure credit card processing platform. I do not accept insurance at this time, though I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

I don't believe cost should hinder you from getting the support you need. Which is why I firmly believe in offering a sliding scale. Please let me know if this is something you'd like to discuss.

Enhancing Relationships

Let’s talk about how therapy can transform your relationships—whether you’re a couple, partners, friends, or family. No matter your gender or sexual orientation, if you’re facing communication challenges and craving deeper satisfaction, I’m here to help you navigate those waters.

Communication Breakdown?

We’ve all been there—misunderstandings can lead to frustration and disconnect. In therapy, we’ll create a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings openly. You’ll learn effective communication techniques that help you truly hear one another. It’s about finding your voices and reconnecting.

Understanding Patterns

Relationships often fall into repetitive patterns that can feel suffocating. Together, we’ll dive into those dynamics, uncovering what’s really going on beneath the surface. This exploration brings clarity and helps you shift unhelpful behaviors, paving the way for healthier interactions.

Navigating Conflict

Conflict is natural, but it doesn’t have to be destructive. We’ll equip you with practical tools to approach disagreements constructively. You’ll learn how to express your needs and concerns without it turning into a battleground. Instead, we’ll aim for collaboration and understanding.

Cultivating Connection

Beyond just resolving issues, therapy can reignite the spark in your relationships. We’ll work on fostering intimacy and connection, helping you build a stronger foundation. It’s about celebrating what makes your bond unique and enriching your shared experiences.

Embracing Diversity

Every relationship is different, and that’s beautiful! I celebrate all relationship types and identities. Together, we’ll honor your unique dynamics, exploring what satisfaction looks like for you, whether it’s in a romantic partnership, friendship, or family connection.

Moving Forward Together

Therapy isn’t just about addressing problems; it’s about growth. I’m here to support you in setting goals and creating a shared vision for your relationship’s future. We’ll work collaboratively to make sure you’re not just surviving but thriving together.

So, if you’re ready to embrace the journey of healing and connection, let’s dive in! Together, we’ll transform challenges into opportunities for deeper understanding and fulfillment.

*No Surprise Act/Good Faith Estimate for private pay

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Anyone receiving services with Collage Therapy Solutions will be given a Good Faith Estimate.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit https://www.health.state.mn.us/facilities/insurance/managedcare/faq/nosurprisesact.html
